"Platform" refers to the AISmartForex.org website and all associated services. "User," "you," or "your" means any individual or legal entity using the Platform. "Account" means your registered user account through which you deposit funds and receive automated trading profits. "Bot Parameters" means the trading settings governing how the AI system operates. "Trading Signals" means the automated trade instructions generated by our AI. 2. Nature of Services 2.1 Automated Trading. Our AI Trading System automatically deploys capital across forex and cryptocurrency markets based on proprietary algorithms. The system executes trades with the goal of generating returns, which are credited directly to your wallet. 2.2 No Investment Advice. The Platform provides execution tools only. We do not provide personalized investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. All trading decisions are embedded in the AI system parameters—you assume full responsibility for outcomes. 2.3 No Fiduciary Relationship. Account Registration and Funding 3.1 Eligibility. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. We assume all activity from your account is carried out by you or under your supervision. 3.3 Funding. You must have sufficient funds in your Account to deploy into trading. Funds may be reserved for anticipated future orders and may not be available for withdrawal while actively deployed. 4. Automated trading does not eliminate the need for active oversight. You are responsible for monitoring performance and adjusting or terminating your bot when necessary. 4.5 Execution Risk. Orders may be partially filled, left unfilled, or executed at prices differing materially from expectations due to slippage, liquidity constraints, or rapid price movements. 4.6 Regulatory Risk. The regulatory landscape for automated trading and digital assets is evolving. Government actions may affect service availability or structure. 5. Fees and Charges 5.1 Service Fees. We charge fees for access to the AI Trading System as disclosed on our Platform. Fees may be updated from time to time. 5.2 Trading Spreads and Markups. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability 7.1 Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your negligence, misrepresentation, fraud, or breach of these Terms. 7.2 No Liability for Losses. We are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated information, market movements, or automated trade execution. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of business or profits. 7.3 "As-Is" Service.
